Billy Davison
1948-2016
Services for Billy Lynn Davison, 68, of Grand Prairie, were held July 2, 2016, at the Eubank Funeral Chapel in Canton with Bro. Steve Glosup officiating. Burial was in the Cool Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Davison died June 24, 2016, in Arlington. He was born March 26, 1948, in Sweet Water to John Otis and Henrietta Pauline Jackson Davison.
He was a Christian by faith and a member of the Moose Lodge. He retired from LTV after many years and enjoyed rattlesnake hunting, antiques, working on old cars and chocolate pie. He has now gone to be with his Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Deanna Delane Davison; son, Billy Lynn Davison Jr.; parents, John Otis Davison, Pauline Wilburn and Grady Wilburn; and two brothers, John Franklin Davison and Donnie Wilburn.
He is survived by his two sons, Paul Lee Good and Philip Davison; two daughters, Erin and Kathryn Davison; six grandchildren, Susanna, Eden, Waya, Novaanna, Malak, Verik and J.R.; three sisters, Ruby Rice, Brenda Horrell and Debbie Wilburn Shockley; and two brothers, Dewain and Mike Wilburn.
