Services for Nathan Alan Justice were held on Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017 at Hilliard Funeral Home. Ed Wisehard officiated.  He was laid to rest at Union Chapel Cemetery, Smith County.

He was born February 15, 1984 in Terrell and passed away at the age of 33 on Feb. 25, 2017.  He was a life-long resident of Van and graduate of Van High School.  He was a carpenter, working as partner with his dad in the construction business, Don Justice Remodeling.  He was an outdoorsman, and loved to fish and hunt.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arvil and Agnes Justice and James and Inez Dunklin.

Survivors include his parents, Don and Donja Justice of Van; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth and Leslie Justice of Van and Mitchell and Patti Justice; sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Claude Stephens of Baytown; nephews, Landon Justice, Camdon Justice, Topher Stephens; niece, Katie Durrent and many other relatives and friends.
